Vendor Terms of Use

These Vendor Terms of Use govern the relationship between JK Marketing and vendors ("Vendor", "Seller", "You") who register and sell products on the JK Marketing marketplace. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Vendor Eligibility & Registration

• Vendors must be legally eligible to conduct business in India
• Accurate business, tax, and contact details must be provided
• JK Marketing reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend vendor accounts

2. Vendor Account Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities conducted through their account.

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Update business information when required
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws

3. Product Listings

Vendors must ensure that all product listings are accurate and compliant.

• Correct product descriptions, pricing, and images
• No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products
• Maintain adequate stock levels

4. Pricing & Payments

Vendors have control over product pricing, subject to platform policies. Payments will be settled as per agreed settlement cycles.

• JK Marketing may deduct applicable service fees or commissions
• Vendors are responsible for their own tax compliance

5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Vendors must process and dispatch orders within the defined timelines.

• Ensure safe and proper packaging
• Deliver correct products as per order
• Update order status accurately

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Vendors must comply with JK Marketing’s Return & Refund Policy. Refunds or replacements are applicable only for defective or incorrect products.

7. Quality Control

Vendors are responsible for product quality, freshness, and compliance with food safety and consumer protection laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Selling expired or unsafe products
• Manipulating prices or orders
• Misusing customer data
• Engaging in fraudulent activities

9. Platform Rights

JK Marketing reserves the right to:

• Monitor vendor performance
• Suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations
• Remove listings that violate platform policies

10. Limitation of Liability

JK Marketing acts as a facilitator and shall not be liable for disputes between vendors and customers beyond its platform role.

11. Termination

Vendor accounts may be terminated due to non-compliance, legal violations, or platform misuse, without prior notice if required.

12. Governing Law

These Vendor Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

13. Changes to Vendor Terms

JK Marketing reserves the right to update these Vendor Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
