Cancellation & Refund Policy

At JK Marketing, we aim to deliver products efficiently through our multi-vendor kirana marketplace. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are allowed.

No cancellations or refunds are allowed after an order is dispatched. Refunds are accepted only for defective products or wrong items delivered.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • Perishable and fast-moving items may not be cancellable after processing
  • Cancellation availability depends on vendor confirmation

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product delivered
  • Wrong product delivered compared to the order

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Perishable items once delivered

4. Reporting an Issue

Any issue related to defective or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Order ID and product details must be provided
  • Clear images of the product must be shared for verification
  • The product should not be used or consumed before verification

5. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • A replacement may be arranged, or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit

6. Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for delivering correct and quality products. JK Marketing acts as a platform and facilitates resolution after verification.

7. Policy Updates

JK Marketing reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
