At JK Marketing, we aim to deliver products efficiently through our multi-vendor kirana marketplace. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are allowed.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is dispatched.
- Once an order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- Perishable and fast-moving items may not be cancellable after processing
- Cancellation availability depends on vendor confirmation
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product delivered
- Wrong product delivered compared to the order
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Perishable items once delivered
4. Reporting an Issue
Any issue related to defective or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Order ID and product details must be provided
- Clear images of the product must be shared for verification
- The product should not be used or consumed before verification
5. Refund Process
Once the issue is verified and approved:
- A replacement may be arranged, or
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit
6. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for delivering correct and quality products. JK Marketing acts as a platform and facilitates resolution after verification.
7. Policy Updates
JK Marketing reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
