Return & Refund Policy

At JK Marketing, we aim to provide quality products at the best prices through our multi-vendor kirana marketplace. Due to the nature of grocery and essential products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Eligible Cases for Return or Refund
Returns or refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is defective or damaged
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or no longer required
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Perishable items once delivered
- Delay in delivery due to external factors
3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
- Provide order ID and product details
- Share clear images of the defective or incorrect product
- Do not use or consume the product until verification
4. Verification Process
Once a request is submitted, our team will review the details and images. If approved, we may arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, as applicable.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation and payment mode.
6. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors registered on JK Marketing are responsible for delivering the correct and quality products. Any disputes will be resolved after proper verification.
7. Policy Changes
JK Marketing reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
